Citywide Blackout, Nov. 24: Valerie Loveland and Samantha Milowsky with Amethyst Arsenic

We open the show this week with poet Valerie Loveland. She's involved with the 365 Poems Project, wherein she's going to produce a poem a day! The process has led her to collaborate with some great artists, and she shares some of her work on the show.

After that, we welcome back Samantha Milowsky, poet/musician and founder of the Amethyst Arsenic online magazine. She tells us all about the upcoming winter edition, plus her New Shit Show, which she is helping book music for. It's a great monthly event in JP featuring brand new poetry and music.
