July 16, 2015: Author Roundtable/Christopher Gallo/DJ Geribo

Max and Matt with our author roundtable
We're kicking off the show with a roundtable discussion on women writers and their work, and joining us will be authors Patricia L. Mitchell, Leigh Brown and Vickie Corliss of Brown Corliss Books, and Nora Hall. They've got a lot to say about what it means to be a writer for women, and we're dedicating the first hour of the show to them.

Author Chrisopher Gallo is next at bat for his book, "Unlikely Champions," the story about a Little League team from Trumbull, Connecticut that beat the odds to become the world champs. This book took years to research and write, and the result is a great story for any sports fan.

Author and artist DJ Geribo brings the show to a close for her book, "The House at the Top of the Trees." That alone could fill the interview, but she's got two new books ready to go! What are they? You'll have to listen to find out.
