Get those ears ready, because we're opening the show with the superb sounds of the band Ghost Cats! These guys are veterans of Citywide from a previous project, and we're looking forward to hearing all about this new band. In addition, we talk about what it's like playing up in New Hampshire, and their hopes for future shows.

The music talk keeps right on going, but in a very different direction. We're going to explore the history and story behind one of the greatest musical moments in history when author Ron Evans joins us to talk about his new book, "Chasing Woodstock." Co-host Matt Zappa and Ron find a lot of common ground, so you expect a serious education in music history.

We bring the show to a close with author Lucie Lewis, whose introspective book, "I Am : Renewal From Within the Garden," follows her spiritual journey, not unlike watching a garden grow. Lucie holds nothing back, and it's a story that offers a lot for those still finding their path.
