March 26, 2015: Will Dailey/The October Accord/The Japan Society/Author Donna Milham

It's a pretty diverse show this week, with music, books, and dance on the agenda.

Singer-songwriter Will Dailey is up first, and he tell us all about his Great Melt Down tour, which includes an April 3 performance at Club Passim. Along with that, he talks about how he made music his career, and his advice for aspiring artists.

Kerri Gross of the rock band The October Accord calls in to answer our questions about their debut EP, "Cheapshot of the Year," the recording process, and how this amazing five-piece first met.

Sharon Rice of the Japan Society of Boston talks about their upcoming Taiko Drum and Dance show at Berklee College of Music. She also explains the society's history, mission, and the folks that have been honored through their John E. Thayer Award, which they are currently taking nominations for.

Author Donna Milham rounds out the show with an honest discussion about her faith, which led her to pen her new book, "At His Feet." The books chronicles her journey with the Lord, and we talk about the steps she took in writing it.

March 12, 2015: Glenn Cooper/Lowell Winterfest/Aeronaut Brewing Company/Berklee at SXSW

We're opening with international author Glenn Cooper, whose works have sold over 6 million copies and have been translated into 31 languages. He talks about the trials and struggles of being an indie author, and what he's learned from the experience.

Susan Halter, one of the organizers of Lowell Winterfest, gives us the 411 on this great food, art, and music showcase, and all the different attractions that are available.

Ronn and Ben of the Aeronaut Brewing Company in Somerville talk beer, music, and how they've turned a warehouse space into one amazing venue. What's a good beer this season? What goes into making a really unique brew? You'll want to listen in and hear all about it.

Arielle Schwalm of Berklee College of Music talks about their 10th annual South By Southwest showcase, Boston and Beyond. They've got a slew of amazing bands lined up, including Radclyffe Hall, who joins us in studio. Anyone headed to Austin for SXSW will want to go to this show.

March 5, 2015: Gianna Botticelli/Arkham Film Society



Singer-songwriter Gianna Botticelli joins us for a great acoustic set and a chat about her recent win in co-host Jeff Royds' Open Mic Challenge. See what set her apart from the other participants and won her the top spot.

Joshua Gravel of the Rhode Island-based Arkham Film Society calls in to give us the scoop on their first Boston event at Coolide Theater. They'll be showing the horror classic "Brain Damage," on a rare 35MM print!

Feb. 26, 2015: Angry Ginger/Geoff Ong

We open our show with the rock duo of Angry Ginger, Jeff Lawson and Bethany Pierce. We talk about their recently released album, "Love In Hell," their view of the current rock scene, and some of the very personal stories that go into their music.

Next, all the way from New Zealand, singer-songwriter Geoff Ong tells us about his experiences living in Boston and attending Berklee College of Music. He's also got new music to share with us, off of his new album, "The Boston EP."
