June 25, 2015: Erica Bartlett/Pair/Patrick Trotti/Slaughterhouse Sweethearts

First on deck is author Erica Bartlett. Her book, "Winning the Losing Battle: A True Story of Weight Loss and Transformation," takes and honest look at her struggles with weight loss, which led to her work as a health coach with Rediscovering Food.

Jeff Motta, owner of Pair of Dedham, talks about his new business, which is all about finding those rare and unique sneakers. Want a set of vintage Air Jordan's? He's the man for the job! Jeff gives the 411 on what are some of the harder shoes to find, and how to spot the fakes.

Author Patrick Trotti of Peanut Gallery Press talks about his recent release, "Come Tomorrow You'll Regret Today."
This book is a collection of short stories that look at 'millennial malaise in the Internet age,' and for those living in the world of social media, iPhones, and technology constantly in our presence, it's a very timely piece. His book also shares some personal stories from his childhood.

Guest co-host Matt Martino is back in the studio, and he's bringing the The Slaughterhouse Sweethearts to talk about their upcoming show, "Revenge of the Robot Battle Nuns," back for the fourth year running! We hear about the great cast, how the audience gets involved with the show, and much more. Its the gawddamn' end of the world, Slaughterhouse Sweetheart style!

June 18, 2015: Ghost Cats/Ron Evans/Lucie Lewis

Get those ears ready, because we're opening the show with the superb sounds of the band Ghost Cats! These guys are veterans of Citywide from a previous project, and we're looking forward to hearing all about this new band. In addition, we talk about what it's like playing up in New Hampshire, and their hopes for future shows.

The music talk keeps right on going, but in a very different direction. We're going to explore the history and story behind one of the greatest musical moments in history when author Ron Evans joins us to talk about his new book, "Chasing Woodstock." Co-host Matt Zappa and Ron find a lot of common ground, so you expect a serious education in music history.

We bring the show to a close with author Lucie Lewis, whose introspective book, "I Am : Renewal From Within the Garden," follows her spiritual journey, not unlike watching a garden grow. Lucie holds nothing back, and it's a story that offers a lot for those still finding their path.

June 11, 2015: Auston Habershaw/Krish Krishnan/Terri Giuliano Long/Kathy Brodsky

Bookworms won't want to miss this week's show as we feature four different authors! Fantasy, children's lit, travel writing, we've got it all!

First on the show is Auston Habershaw, who just released his newest book, "The Iron Ring," and had a short story published in "L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume 31." He talks about the worlds he creates through his books, so vast and expansive that he's created an entire section on his site dedicated to it.

Next, we're going international with Krish Krishnan for his book, "Rambles into Sacred Realms." Krish has traveled across the globe and visited some of the most spiritual sites, which he's captured through words and artwork. Krish details his many travels and shares some insight into the places he's visited and what made them so significant to him. Plus, he gives some travel tips for those planning their own journeys.

Author Terri Giuliano Long starts off the second hour to talk about her book, "In Leah's Wake." It looks at a teenage girl eager to make her own choices, and the very real results of those decisions. We'll also preview a new book that Terri has in the works.

Our final interview of the night will be Kathy Brodsky, a children's author who has written an astonishing eight books. Many have supported charities or touched on important issues. Her books have had some pretty unique origins, and Kathy shares these as well as the details for her upcoming book, "Highwire Act."

Lana Fox and A.J. of the erotic literature publisher Go Deeper Press call in to talk about some of the authors they work with. They also share their take on the stigma of being an erotic lit writer, and how sharing your stories can sometimes be a therapeutic experience.

Charles Gaudet shares a slew of tales from the biggest names in business through his book, "The Predictable Profits Playbook." We open the show with the band Hobo Chili. They've got a tour, new music, and we'll be giving you all the details.

Next, author Stephen O'Connor calls in to talk about his new book, "The Witch at Rivermouth." It's a story that that's based in part on some of Stephen's own experiences, and takes a strong look at religion. It's a great mystery that you'll want to hear about.

Our guest co-host Matt Martino is back with filmmakers Geno McGahee and Forris Day Jr. to give us the story behind their new horror film "Sickle." This one features great new special effects, an amazing cast, and some killer tunes.

Last, author Pagona chats about her book, "Soul Ingredients: Creating Life's Potential Today." There's something in this book for everyone, and lessons that we can all learn to improve our lives.
